Dinner: 3 starches, 3 protein (or 2 dairy), 3 vegetables, 1 fruit

Phase 3 – Maintenance phase by which you need to add about 200 more calories per week, until such time you stop losing weight.

4 days: Lacto Vegetarian Rice Diet
2 days: Vegetarian Plus Rice Diet

Watch Over Your Protein Intake

Protein is very limited in the Rice Diet Solution. Dieters under program are only allowed to have an average of 16 to 20 grams of protein daily, which is unfortunately lower than the 46 to 56 grams per day recommendation of the Dietary Reference Intake.
